CloudFormation Setup

To allow this tool to scan your target AWS accounts, you must deploy a cross-account IAM role in those accounts. Download the provided template and launch it in each target account via AWS CloudFormation.

Instructions:

Download the cross-account-role.yaml template below.
Log in to the target AWS account console.
Navigate to CloudFormation > Create stack > With new resources (standard).
Upload the downloaded template file.
Enter the Account ID of the account hosting this tool in the TrustedAccount parameter.
Acknowledge IAM resource creation and create the stack.
Once created, copy the output RoleARN and register it in the Manage Accounts tab.
